Family friendly beach house

Welcome to "Piece of Paradise". Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway, or a family friendly vacation home, this is the place for you! The home offers three spacious bedrooms on the ground floor, and an airy, open floor plan on the 2nd level which allows everyone to gather together, yet have plenty of space to spread out. The beach here is very private and quiet, as there is very limited public beach access. You will feel like the beach is yours and yours alone!

The living room offers wonderful views of the ocean and the beach. The kitchen opens to a dining area with seating for six, plus two more at the breakfast bar. The kitchen opens up to a the dining area with seating for 6 and the living room. The kitchen island has two bar stools for extra seating. The kitchen is fully furnished so you can prepare your favorite meals just like home. There are several grocery stores in St. Augustine and Ponte Vedra. There is a gas station/convenience store about 2 miles north of the house where you can find most daily items. Also upstairs, the living room features flat screen TV, DVD player, for your entertainment. We also have many books and board games for you to enjoy. There is a desk by the window in the living room, which offers a nice place to set up a computer for the working traveler.

Unique floor plan

The bedrooms are all found on the first floor. The master bedroom features a welcoming king bed, TV, roomy closet, and ocean views. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, warm tile flooring, and his-and-her sinks. The 2nd bedroom is also on the ocean side and has a king bed, TV and ocean views. The 2nd bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The third bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and a closet. It's bathroom has a walk-in shower.

There are two separate ocean front deck areas. The upper area has built-in seating for enjoying lunch and a beverage while gazing out over the horizon. The lower deck has plenty of shade for those time you want to be outside, but not in direct sunlight. The deck has an outdoor shower, plenty of lounge chairs, and your own private steps to the beach. We also provide beach chairs and beach towels for all of our guests. There is a two-car garage with automatic door opener to park your vehicles. There is additional parking for 2 more cars on the driveway. There is a gas grill in the garage, and we provide the propane. We also provide a fully stocked kitchen, all beach and bath towels.

Once you arrive at "Piece of Paradise", you will know that you have found your forever vacation home. But you don't have to stay at the beach every day. Historic Downtown St. Augustine is just 15 minutes away, and day trips to Orlando and Jacksonville are easy to plan. So don't delay, book your stay at "Piece of Paradise" today!

Availability Calendar

  • Cancellation Policy:  When a reservation is made, refunds are made ONLY if the house becomes uninhabitable OR if you cancel 60 days prior of your check in date. If you cancel within 60 days of your check in, any funds that have been collected are non-refundable unless, we are able to rent the house again for the same dates and price. If a portion of the rental time is re-booked, a pro-rata refund will be made. All refunds due to renter-initiated cancellations are subject to a 5% administrative fee. We encourage you to obtain trip cancellation insurance.  This can be made during the reservation process or several companies are listed on our web site under the "FAQ" tab.
  • Hurricane Policy: Hurricane refunds will be issued only if the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation in our immediate area in St. John's County. When a mandatory evacuation order is given, we will refund (a) any unused portion of rent from a guest currently renting the house; (b) any unused portion of rent from a scheduled renter who wants to arrive after the hurricane order is lifted; or (c) any advance rents collected for a renter scheduled to arrive during the mandatory evacuation period. Any scheduled rentals after the hurricane are not subject to any refunds unless the house is uninhabitable.  Any damages to the beach or surrounding area is not cause for a refund. It will be the owner/property manager discretion to offer any such refund.
  • Pandemic Clause:  A refund will only be given if the Florida Governor bans short term rentals or if beach that the property sits on are closed.  Any portion of days that the ban is in place will be given a refund.  An administrative fee of 5% may be deducted from any refund.
