Wren Beach Rentals presents your next vacation home! "Coastal Cabana" is just what it sounds like. It it a cozy, yet refined oceanfront home located just minutes north of historic St. Augustine. Perfect for small families or groups of 6 or less, this house offers a great oceanfront vacation spot, without the enormous prices of larger homes. Purchased in the summer of 2019, the new home owners have done a lot of renovations to the house. All of the furniture was purchased in 2019, and the beautiful paver driveway and patio were installed that summer as well.

As soon as you enter the front door, you are greeted to the cozy, yet open floor plan. From the front door, you can see right through the living room to the ocean on the other side! The kitchen features newer appliances, granite counter tops, and is fully stocked with all of the cookware, plates, glasses, and other items you need to enjoy your favorite meals. The dining table comfortably seats six, and overlooks the living room, providing a great place to gather for a game of cards, while others are enjoying themselves in the living room. The living room looks out over the pavered back patio, small back yard, and the Atlantic ocean. The living room has a comfy sofa and two swivel chairs surrounding the flat screen TV.

Vacation Your Way

There are three bedrooms at "Coastal Cabana". The master bedroom is on the north side of the house, and has views of the ocean. It has a welcoming queen bed, private bathroom, and a TV. There is also a small desk, ceiling fan, and a dresser in the closet. The second bedroom is also on the ocean side of the house. It, too, has a queen bed, TV, ceiling fan and a dresser. More importantly, it has ocean views, and a private door that leads out to the beach front patio. The third bedroom is very flexible with it's multiple sleeping options. There is a twin-over-double bunk bed and a single twin bed in this bedroom. This offers a great spot for several children, even a single adult or two. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are joined by a Jack-n-Jill bathroom, which has a shower/tub combination.

The outdoor area is very functional. The ocean front patio spans the entire width of the house, and then some. Here you will find a patio set for 6, providing a fantastic outdoor dining space. We also have several lounge chairs so you can relax and work on your tan, and plenty of additional seating for you to enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach. Due to the house being built on a high dune, which is now protected by a tall sea wall, you will find that you have elevated views of the beach in every direction. Take just a few steps off of the patio and you will find your own private staircase that leads down to our quiet beach. We provide beach chairs and towels for you to take down to the sand!

In addition to board games and books, the house is fully furnished with all linens, towels, kitchen appliances, gas grill, 2-car, laundry, and an outdoor shower. You just need to bring a bathing suit and something to make your favorite beachy beverage! IF you are looking for a day in town, take a quick ride up A1A will take you to historic St. Augustine. Here, you will find countless restaurants, bars, landmarks, shopping, and more. While in St. Augustine, you can rent jet skis, take a Segway tour, or try your luck at an escape room. Polices and More: 


  • Cancellation Policy:  When a reservation is made, refunds are made ONLY if the house becomes uninhabitable OR if you cancel 60 days prior of your check in date. If you cancel within 60 days of your check in, any funds that have been collected are non-refundable unless, we are able to rent the house again for the same dates and price. If a portion of the rental time is re-booked, a pro-rata refund will be made. All refunds due to renter-initiated cancellations are subject to a 5% administrative fee. We encourage you to obtain trip cancellation insurance.  This can be made during the reservation process or several companies are listed on our web site under the "FAQ" tab.
  • Hurricane Policy: Hurricane refunds will be issued only if the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation in our immediate area in St. John's County. When a mandatory evacuation order is given, we will refund (a) any unused portion of rent from a guest currently renting the house; (b) any unused portion of rent from a scheduled renter who wants to arrive after the hurricane order is lifted; or (c) any advance rents collected for a renter scheduled to arrive during the mandatory evacuation period. Any scheduled rentals after the hurricane are not subject to any refunds unless the house is uninhabitable.  Any damages to the beach or surrounding area is not cause for a refund. It will be the owner/property manager discretion to offer any such refund.
  • Pandemic Clause:  A refund will only be given if the Florida Governor bans short term rentals or if beach that the property sits on are closed.  Any portion of days that the ban is in place will be given a refund.  An administrative fee of 5% may be deducted from any refund.
